That horsey has 15% speed 10 stamina at base, the 42k has 25% speed 10 stamina, or 15% speed 20 stamina. And they can both be upgraded the same amount of times. So the 42k horsey has a 10% greater speed or 10 more stamina, or carrying capacity.

not really cause you could have more points total on the 42k... like if speed capped at 50, you only can put 25 pts in that and u have 25 pts to put in other stuff, whereas the 17k horse you would need 35 pts and only 15 left over for stamina and carry... dunno tho i never level a horse to max or read anything from someone that has0 -
