@ZOS_Kevin Any plans to bring back to the Crown Store any housing from years past to celebrate the 10 year anniversary? Just thinking of myself and any players that never got the chance to pick up some of these nice homes. Thanks!

The Crown Store Exclusives section of the Player Housing page on the UESP Wiki has a table of crown store houses. Clicking links to go to each page will probably reveal the dates (assuming they've been kept up-to-date).

I know about the Crown Store Exclusives. I'm talking about the homes that haven't been available since 2022 or earlier.

Like which ones? The UESP list shows that almost all of them were available in 2023, and some that were not updated were available other times for sure (e.g. the arena home is coming up this month, but has no last available date).

so a house like Antiquarian's Alpine Gallery?
that last returned during the Dark Heart of Skyrim event and likely won't return until the event returns.

most houses return every year or every two years. since that house like Kelesan'ruhn was given away with its chapter event it will likely return for purchase with it too.

Stone Eagle Aerie also returned when the Skyrim event happened.
[edit: and thus either returns with that event or simply sometime late 2024]
    Pariah's Pinnacle returned this year.
Grand Topal Hideaway returned late last year without an announcement.

I think that's all the homes that haven't returned since 2022 according to the uesp list for crown exclusives

I know that's their business model and they're not likely to change it, but expecting people to hang around for several years waiting for a home they want to buy to cycle back is insane.

I just missed the Unutterable Truths Tower and it's one of the few crown store homes I'd buy.

Who knows when it'll be back though?

I don't even know if I'll still be playing 2 years from now when we would expect to see it again.

Once upon a time you could contact support and request to buy not on sale homes completely unfurnished, i.e. at the unfurnished price but completely bare. They no longer do that.

This month being a housing showcase, the giveaway is nice. I love it and will use it. But giving players an opportunity to just buy what they want for a change would be appreciated. Plus fill their coffers.

i know it is frustrating that some houses don't return for 2 years or more.
i had to wait 2 years till i could buy Potentate’s Retreat.

i wish for zos to make all crown exclusive houses always available and gold purchaseable even it costs 4.76 million or whatever.

I appreciate the empathy but personally I don't get frustrated. Not very wanty. I'd enjoy it given the opportunity but if I never get my hands on it, that's their loss too.

Not having it just makes me more likely to play anything else. There are several promising MMOs in development. I have a beta invite to one I might accept. Also some online but not subscription or cash shop games like Nightingale which have building / decorating.

After many years of playing this game I've arrived at a point where I realise its best house for my tastes is the purchasable with gold Mathiisen Manor, and the game may never offer better.

Ah Potentate's Retreat. That one's a very near miss for me.

Nice house, delightful watery cave and a pool which would be stunning if not for those ghastly crystals.

I like crystals and glow and green. Bigger is sometimes better but no, not here.

The danger with that is everyone who paid money for them then feeling ripped off.

I think the developers have gone too far down this road to walk back.

Given the typical gold/crown exchange rates, if some crown exclusive houses were available to buy with gold, they'd be more like 20 million (the large ones would, anyway).

The house in Artaeum is good because it has the added benefit of access to Artaeum without having to start the Psijic questline.

The house I'm really interested in that started this whole thread is the Grand Psijic Villa. It hasn't been available since 2022, and all I was asking was if this and any other pre-2022 houses might come back during the 10 year celebration.

Houses do cycle yearly, just not this one and a few others.

    Fortuitous accident for me.

Wanting but having missed the Unutterable Truths Tower, I was cycling through my furnishing plans to refresh my memory of what I had and accidentally hit the make button on an Apocrypha bookcase. Those style items being one of the more expensive, I didn't delete it.

Later dropping it off at Doomchar Plateau furniture storehouse, couldn't help but notice how complimentary the Deadlands and Apocrypha styles are.

The bookcase looked utterly at home.

So I'll convert that into my new main home. At a cost of 0 crowns.

I got it for free from the event but regarding the Alinor style as inferior to Auridon which IMO is a perfect adaptation of the Ayleid style from ruins, never really did much with it.

But it has grown on me over the years and I'm WIP on it. I do hope you get it.
