Attacking Target Dummies on Raised Items Issue

Can yall make it so target dummies on items can be attacked with ground attacks?

I have, for example, Target Bloodknight on the Dias, Bloodmage Crystal in Wraithhome. The Dias is solid, I can go up the steps and place objects there, including the target dummy. I can attack him with my abilities except for any ground AOE's. I get the error "invalid location" when I try. Since the Dias, and other raised items we'd place a target dummy on, are solid our AOE's should be able to be set off on them.

This isn't the first time I've had this problem. I like to raise target dummies off the ground because it looks so much better. I can't imagine I'm the only player to run into this issue.

This is also a major problem for dueling houses, because ground AoEs and pets don't work on furnishings, and you can get knocked inside them. I get the impression that it would be very hard to fix. Dummies and dueling arenas just need to be on the built-in terrain/structures of a house, not on top of furnishings.

One solution would be to give us a small and large "combat platform" that allows ground AoEs and that you don't fall through when you get knocked back. Assuming that would be easier for like one special furnishing (maybe with limitations) rather than applying it to all furnishings.
