Quest giver icons keeps changing to off

Under Settings > Interface, the 'Quest Giver Icons' setting keeps changing to off. I have it turned on with all my characters, but sometimes it keeps changing to off. The problem is intermittent, and I can find no pattern to it. But it's been a problem for years, as far as I'm aware.

    It's still occurring. Is there any plan to fix this, @ZOS_Kevin ?
