I don't know what the best build is, but my flame-based mag DK with a static rotation is parsing at 70k with relequens, flame blossom, maelstrom back bar, and grothdar. I need to try a few other different setups with him because I know he can do more. I was thinking a setup with Deadly + Velothi and I'm not sure what other set yet, maybe order's wrath. I also want to try the new Cindermoth set on him, but I don't yet have the inferno staff.

I try most of them and even cinder where I feel it fit well and no, still reach to 32k damage but when I try 4 piece diamond victory and any other one or maybe try cinder with, I am able to reach to 40k damage which I can't believe how good diamond victory is with 4 piece only but I am having issue on what monster sets to use and I am one bar as well which I am not sure which are the best abilities for it.
The only staff ability that do a lot of damage are ice destruction clench and reach and pulse, when I try lightning and fire, it don't do as much damage which seem staff ability won't work well for sorcerer and dk even with their own elements.

What champion level are you? And what dummy are you parsing on? How about skills?

All of these will make a difference in your parse, and until you know this information, it is hard to really give you a response to help you improve. If you are hitting 30-40k DPS on the 6M dummy, you might actually be doing pretty good, but if you are doing that on the 21M hp trial parse dummy, then there may be a problem.

If you are under CP 1600, you are not really quite at a place where you can consider your vertical progression in the game "maxed" and thus, you may have the ability to improve your performance by simply earning more CP and leveling things that you will need leveled to perform at your best.

And skills, and how you use them is also important. When I was first learning the game, someone told me that Wall of Elements was one of the best spammable spells, and it took me some time to figure out that this was not the correct way to use the spell. Spells like Wall of Elements needs to be laid down under your target once every ~ 10 seconds to maximize your damage output for that spell, and it is often used more to proc status effects or effects from your glyph than just raw damage. If your using unstable wall, you need to let the ability actually expire to get the most damage out of it due to the big explosion when the timer runs out.

1876,1 bar, molten, noxious, burning talons,Coagulating and I'm trying to get fire rune. Unstable wall suck especially when scribing come and should get a buff to 2k than 1k.

Sadly Firestaff has been mostly relegated to a backbar weapon at this point though I'm sure you could make it work.
