Build Imput - Mag Necro..mainly.

Long story short, I have been getting back into necro, I've always like the class but the sate of mag necro leaves much to be desired. I also don't like cooki-cutter builds. With that being said, I have come up with two potential builds and would like some imput on them. My goal is to use necros DoT passive to my advantage, bosting them as high as I possibly can without turning into glass.

Second Build: Max Magkica Build https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildData?id=622515
So, according to the numbers for the builder, max magicka seems to be in a much better position overall. More magika, less worrying about runing out, more spell power. I don't actually see a down side with the Max Magkica build but I am not an expert here. Since this is necro its import to remember that as far as I know, Mage Skelton, can't trigger the set peice of the Non build, which at this point I guess is a feature unless my information is outdated.
Anyway, this would be for non-trails since I hate the meta brain that is going on right now. There is a... alternative build that I've thought about after seeing a small possibility, hybrid and using blast bones, and melee weapons instead of staff. I'll put that one below. Idk really know how viable it is though. This build is almost equal in numbers to the Max build but... there is alot more to keep up with honestly.
