So, one thing I've noticed in ESO, and this is true of some other games too but this is really true of ESO. Y'all need a team dedicated 'legacy' content. I am not entirely sure of how the workload is split within ZoS as a whole but Stellaris does this and its been working out very well. Basically they have a team of people that works on old bug, legacy issues and keeping older content updated and in line with the newest content so that old content doesn't get stale. Now in ESO's case stale content really isn't an issue. What is an issue is useless gear sets, old class bugs, and very slow to response for actual fixes for long last bugs. Stellaris does a 'legacy' update I believe twice every patch but it mainly depends on what they are addressing. Bigger bugs take up more time than smaller bugs.

I have no idea if you'll read this or if this is already done but this might help with community engagement as bugs that go on forever it seems, that don't ever get addressed is honestly a problem. The number of sets in game is amazing, and I get the sets are tired out on the back end for specific content types, but like there is no way the main team has the ability to touch the immense amount of sets in game to bring them in line with the current game. Surely you have a budget for this.

Anyway, just a thought.
