Why Killer's blade,Incapacitating Strike,Relentless Focus,Power Extraction,Pestilent Colossus and Detonating Siphon don't have minor defile when it supposed to be together?

when the debuff is applied from a status effect, it is there but kind of "silently" applied

so if you put diseased status effect on someone, you could not also apply minor defile because that comes with diseased status effect

5 of the status effects still do this, burning and poisoned were always pure dots, with the last update hemorrhaging is now also a pure dot (as it no longer gives minor mangle)

sundered = minor breach
overcharged = minor magicasteal
chilled = minor maim
concussed = minor vulnerability
diseased = minor defile

That make sense it don't show but is there silently but I still wish it do show and be add on the description so thank you
