The character does not stop when moving forward

Hello!
I ran into the following problem (the problem appeared this week):
When entering the game after a while (3-5 minutes), the character continues to run (about 1-10 seconds) when I hold down the forward key (W) for a while.
Running short distances is not a problem, only if I hold down W for at least about 5 seconds.
Sometimes it helps when I press this key again, sometimes it doesn't.
While running, I can't interact with objects until it stops.
It is annoying and it has even led to death when falling from a height in the dungeon
At the same time:
1) I cleaned the keyboard and it didn't help
2) I changed the keyboard and it didn't help
3) Auto running is disabled
This problem only occurs in ESO. There is no such problem in other games, there are no problems when printing text either
Of course, I can play, but it's inconvenient
I use PC/EU.

✭✭✭✭✭I have encountered this problem intermittently with ESO (and only ESO), as well. It feels like the game hasn't noticed that I let up on the W key.
I also investigated keyboard, and the keyboard operator, for early life failure and found nothing wrong.
