(PS5) Character stops moving when using skills sometimes.

This usually happens (or is most noticeable) on spammables. My character will suddenly stop and still whilst casting a skill, as if they got their foot stuck on something. Rarely, this can also include a skill having a delayed activation too.
I am not experiencing any lag or other internet related issues, so I do not think that is the problem.
