A quick question about ESO+ for those of us who were locked out.
Our ESO+ subscriptions were reinstated as of the original date, and the auto-renew was shut off. Based on the
post here, the ESO+ month will be credited to our accounts on the 6th of May.
My question is: is this an automatic feature? If the credit is going to specific accounts who were subscribed and then locked out on the 15th of April, will we be credited as "having an active subscription" if our sub expires between today and the 6th?
I just checked mine since I know mine usually rolls over in May, and my current sub is over around the 1st of May. I have another friend in the same boat who is set to expire on the 3rd. If we do not set up another ESO+ right away, our subs will have lapsed by the 6th, so would that technically make us ineligible for the ESO+ extension, despite the fact that we had ESO+ on the 15th of April?
Again, this is a hypothetical, since knowing myself I won't be able to handle not running dungeons and will probably resub when I get home even if I am a bit frustrated by this ordeal for a bit, but for anyone whose sub is set to lapse between April 25 and May 6th, are they still considered as having an "active sub" in order to get the extension for the lockout?
