Since the server is often unrespojsive when entering a new place now (which I bet will never be fixed), please give us a cancel button without having to kill the program and start over

✭✭✭thats not exactly how any system works. If you freeze while mid port to a new zone you can't exactly stop the process and go back to where you were without crashing the game.3 -

yesterday in the middle of dolmen combat the world around me stopped, but I was able to move. couldn't affect anything.
thought it was a lag spike.
turns out my internet glitched, dropped connection, and I had to quit the game and restart my computer.
ain't no button to fix that.

I heard a rumor that a few mages were torn apart when they tried to stop the teleportation process.2 -
moo_2021✭✭✭✭✭My internet almost never failed. It's always the server. There is no disconnection and the loading screen just keeps spinning for 15 mintutes or so and I got sent back to login screen.
Has been a lot worse since the event began.0 -
My internet boots me now and again. It "blinks" - usually not long enough for a YouTube video to stutter, but certainly long enough to drop me from the server.
Makes me wonder how many seconds without a response the server waits - or if it's just kicking you when the number of dropped packets exceeds some (low) threshold.0 -
Funhammy✭✭✭Best bet is to set reload UI to a keybind and see if it will work when you’re lagging out.
Obviously this only works for PC, if you’re still on console, well, Gods help you.0
