I feel ripped off.

I'm way short of 25 for the event mount. I saw the Impressario, for three tickets, had some of these units (forget the name) for sale. I bought. Nothing happened. I lost three event tickets.

Okay, I probably misunderstood or something. I don't know. But this is a rip off.

I'm a loyal, long term player. Celebrating ten years by selling something that is misleading / unclear?

Yup, call me a whale for my previous account purchases. But this is so unfair, even for people with open wallets.

Edit: Finally found the gear icon for fixing typos/errors. Not the best design for a webpage (ex Dev here).

Oh yeah I post. Obvious typos. How about an edit function like at other places. Time limited? sure - but immediately after posting I could not edit so I doubt that functionality exists.

Edit: The gear icon was missing yesterday when I posted this. It is now present when I mouse over. Not good. I suspect I was auto logged out after closing the page. Opening it again I still needed to manually log in so that the gear icon would appear. Most websites would retain my previous credentials. Def used the same device / IP address.

Have you used the tickets by double-clicking them?

You CAN edit your post and it isn't time-limited.

There should be a little gear icon next to the thread title. Click it to edit. For posts other than the first one in a thread, it should be on the left side of the post near the bottom.

Sometimes you need to refresh the page to make the gear icon appear.

I tried refresh. No gear icon anywhere.

And double clicking tickets? I never got anything in my bag or mail

Phoebe, not sure what you mean by "double-clicking them" but nothing like that is necessary; when you eat the cake the tickets automatically get added to your currency inventory (up to a maximum of 12 at a time; before being able to get more you must spend some of those 12) then you purchase things with the tickets you have from the Impressario/Assistant as you would from any vendor.

@Taraezor you know you have to "use" the fragments, right? Once you do that they vanish but you can see how many you have collected by going to Journal, Achievements, Holiday Events, Anniversary Jubilee and looking at the Jubilee Confetti Conveyor achievement where it shows how many you have.

Please forgive me if I am telling you something you already know, since as a long-time player you might be familiar and I could have misunderstood your issue.

the confetti was adding to your characters bag if you bought it with tickets, and you "use" the confetti to increment the achievement

This wasn't something which lead to fragments. For three event tickets I could purchase what I thought were the remaining (I was several short of 25) units in order to be gifted the event mount.

I'm over it anyway. Horses are the least desirable for me as we've had them from the start and they are all reskins. Three lost tickets from a glitch, whatever lol.

It was 3 tickets per fragment, not 3 tickets for remaining fragments.
