2 tickets and no fix for this set since january

I made 2 tickets already 240119-005952 and 240228-002987.
Instead of creating a 3rd one, I thought I could write it here and tag @ZOS_Kevin
The Pangrit Denmother Set is buged because it never procs on me. It doesn't proc when i am alone either.
When I am with a companion (or in a group) the set does proc, but the effect doesn't apply on me.
