Assassinate Andilo Andrano (prerequisite for Blackest Sacrament achievement) bugged

Tried assassinating Andilo Andrano twice today, once with the blade of woe and once without. Neither time counted towards the achievement. I looked into this on the forums and saw that it was first reported here back in 2020. As of today (4/22/24) it is still bugged. Just wondering if we could anticipate a fix for this within this decade? It's tied to two different in-game achievements that can't be achieved until it's fixed.
