Crown Balance Increased after Patch?

I woke to 21k crowns on my account that I definitely did not have yesterday. Is anyone else affected? I'm assuming it's related to the patch.

    I'm not sure about this issue but do not spend them or you may get banned.

    Definitely not spending them; notified my guildies too. Definitely something off.

    Did you check your billing history on the ESO account page? Also be sure to have a look at your bank transactions.

    Another player also reported waking to an extra 5k crowns.
    I paid my ESO+ yearly sub last month (March 2024) and have not purchased any crowns recently. Spent all of my crowns on the day the frost atro crates dropped and didn't buy more since. I buy crowns via Steam so there's no way I was charged. I'll still double check everything just in case I somehow ignored having 21k crowns for a while (I did buy a lot during the sale but thought I'd surely spent them)

    My balance hasn't changed since yesterday, so I guess whatever triggering it didn't occur for me.

    Isn't the crowns you get from ESO + 1650 per month? A 12 month renewal would be 19800 if that is the case.

    Sounds like your yearly sub was renewed...check your account.

    @ZOS_Kevin its a bug,pls fix it.as far as I am concerned,people get crowns yesterday after maintenance,and they were not banned due to PTS bugs.

    21k I think is max you can buy and you are right? Renewal is little less .

    I can confirm this: 19800 for an annual renewal.
    I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

    Many people are seeing Crowns that they did not purchase after the latest maintenance. I certainly don’t think that many people overlooked renewal of ESO+ and all on the same day! One does receive a notice.

    I haven’t received any extra Crowns, nor any other anomalies that I am aware of, but this is getting disturbing. :(

    I have 15K crowns and I'm *reasonably* sure that this is how much I had before the maintenance, but I am not touching the crown store just in case that's not the case.

    Can't ever be too safe.

    I had a refund of 1500, I'd also spent event tickets on confetti - 1500 crowns = 6 tickets = 2 confetti.

    Extension of event = 6 tickets = 2 confetti.

    i.e. Refund is because now the extra 2 confetti bought using tickets bought with crowns were not needed.

    I logged in and found the same, I am pretty sure i had roughly 5k crowns, now i got 9.4k Its not a eso+ refresh since i do that manually, and did that last week. I also didnt overlook the amount of crowns o got, since i did the halfyear one, and basically spend the crowns straight away,

    Dont mind the free crowns tho. But something did go wrong here.

    I haven't noticed any "extra" Crowns within the last few days.
    I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!
