Hello first of all
I've noticed that here and there people are always complaining about the low support for PvP content in ESO. No new BGs or IC-like PvP zones but why don't you developers just use a nice, non-invasive way to bring something new to the Empire?
Volendrung was a good first approach, but where are the rest of the Daedric artifacts? When will I be able to use a Wabbajack to turn my counterpart into a chicken or a onehit? Or just happen to increase your armor by 10,000 with the same uncontrollable magic? When does Dagon's Blade come into play, which potentially has a 3% chance of instantly eliminating enemies with any damage tick, regardless of health or armor? When does Sanguine's Rose come into play, which perhaps only deals Deadrian damage and that properly?
I know it's impossible to balance something like that, but isn't that what makes the game fun? I say ***... balanced slaughter where only the biggest Zerg wins. Implement the chance for some random joy for everyone. Here, a strong artifact could simply be in the hand of an inexperienced player who is very low in the rankings. When everything is up and running, the meta will show us what's really great
You have the choice to simply display or display these items via a random campaign so that they face each other on the battlefields of the Empire. Like content without CP, it doesn't have to be for everyone.
