Dead Keeper Helm has serious design problem

I honestly can't imagine that Dead Keeper Helm (heavy) was designed to shrink the head of our character in such bizarre way that makes this piece of motif the most weird and uninteresting of all.
The Dead Keeper is one of ESO's best and in fact elegant motifs. But its heavy helm is completely out of proportion to any character's head (even using the correspondent cuirass)!! And it is not because the helm is too tighten around the head, it change the size of the head completely.
Using it in a Khajiit or Argonian the proportion is a little better.
This creates a weirdly ugly result, and I don't understand how this were indeed the original intention. I ask please to review the item and make it correctly proportional to any type of character head.

✭Actually, it would be hilarious if this was intentional/by design. I think it would be funny actually to have a motif that would give you a shrunken head a la Beetlejuice
