Has anyone here had any success getting a non-collectible crown store item through support?
I realize this might come across as a real first world problems kinda issue in light of *gestures at the general discussion section* but I really had my heart set on grabbing that Dreams of Yokuda music box this month, and it looks like my account is gonna stay locked into next week because of the whole PTS fiasco.
I've heard some people have gotten collectibles unlocked and the crowns deducted from their account by support after the availability period for a crown store item passed, but I don't know if they can even do that with material items like furnishings that go into your character inventory.
has anyone here ever managed this? I could give it a shot either way once my account's unlocked but I suspect support's got their hands full currently, and I probably won't bother if anyone can confirm they've had a request like this rejected in the past.
