Stuck in Light Attack animation

Over last 10 years playing predominately on EU server I have my main and another 14 toons there. However couple of weeks after release made an Altmer Templar on NA server, played for a bit in between sessions and left him.
Last month decided to play bit more on NA server. Made a new character, which became my main on NA and all well.
However that old Altmer Templar is getting stuck in Light Attack at least twice per hour some times more. I have to either dodge or try to switch bar mid battle to get him continue. Otherwise is stuck like that forever. (see screenshot bellow).
Even the corpse of the bear just killed is gone while this character is still stuck.
Had a look at this discussion and similar others and it does seem this bug existed for many years.

My thoughts are that maybe has to do with very old characters that weren't used for many years. No other character experiences this issue only this specific one.
