Where can I get help on bugs?

I submit tickets, but it seems they don't even get read. Is there anything else I can do? I often use ingame help, but you never get a direct response from that, and I don't usually bug the forum. Should I be bugging the forum?

PS: the number of unreads is over a couple of years I think, I don't submit tickets all that often.

✭✭I submitted two few non-bug tickets recently and the number of undread tickets (for that category) never deviated from 17.
I think it's a lie. Intended to make you think you're in a queue and close to the front.
You don't say what the bug is. Sometimes only support / the devs can help you.
Other times, forum goers might know of workarounds. Like sometimes just logging into a different character and then back into the bugged one can fix things.0
