Of course, the email and user ID are new, but I do not know the IP address, it could well have changed, it is also dynamic for the provider.Ingel_Riday wrote: »I can only venture a guess here: did you use the same address/personal information/IP address/etc. for the new account?

I was always under the impression that if I ever got banned (which I hope never happens), I'd be banned. If I tried to start a new account with the same name, address, credit card, IP address, and so on... nope. They'd block that new account, too. "Done is done, kid. Get on outta here. Shouldn't a' done what you done, son."
I'm not saying you've done anything wrong, mind you. I realize it might come across that way. But since they had to temporarily ban your main account to "lock it" while they do their PTS review, I wonder if the system is treating you as if you are a delinquent and stopping your new account accordingly.
That's my guess.
The account is activated. I've been playing for about half a day now. Both on Live EU and on PTS. But usually, after changing the IP address, you receive a message about its change and confirmation by email.Doesn't that mean they just didn't activate the account? @Didgik
