To say I was shocked with the compensation offered for those of us with locked accounts is an understatement. Genuine thank you to the devs and community managers who worked tirelessly to fix the issues at hand, communicate with us regularly, and offer outstanding goodies for the inconvenience. I know there's no way to please literally everyone, but I think a lot of us are happily surprised and thankful for the generosity.

I have to agree here.

It was very disappointing to not be able to play the game especially during the event. Gina, Jessica, and Kevin were rockstars when it came to handling the communications and I personally appreciate their work and the devs working to resolve this issue.

As bad as the events at the beginning of the week were, this is how you make things right. I can only imagine what the frustration might have felt like for those with locked accounts. Missing several days, maybe most of a week, during an event...

but then you get enough endeavors for a Radiant Apex, all of the style pages people have otherwise spent hours grinding for, and so much more. Essentially to make up for the missed days.

it would be nice if they raised the drop rate for those style pages though, so those who decided to grind for them toward the last few days of the event aren't so frustrated. But at least grinding for those, aside from the fishing one, mostly rewards purple boxes.

I'm happy for those that were locked out are getting something to make up for it. But the fact they get all of the style pages for little to no effort, when some of us have been grinding the WHOLE event and haven't received hardly any . . . . yeah . . . they've forgotten who we are. The year's worth of endeavors is also kind of a bit much . . . but the pages . . . .oof

Though I was not affected by the lockouts, I'm pleased that those who were locked out have received some nice goodies. As the op said, well done to ZoS on their quick response, solid efforts to fix the problem and keeping folks informed.

Agreed. It stinks that it happened at all, but I've got to give full credit to the folks at ZOS for making a sincere effort to set things right. There's always gonna be someone ticked off about something, but I think this time they've earned some appreciation. Thanks for working to do right by us.

Gotta say, little jealous of the goodies they all got, but ultimately it doesn't affect me so I don't really care nor am I going to kick up about it. This compensation everyone got is quite out there, and I'm very surprised at it, hell I'd have been surprised at even half the list having been given out, so I'm glad to see ZoS buck up and give more then something worthwhile to those affected, so good job ZoS!

I'm glad the locked out players are getting these goodies. I hope the compensation makes them feel a little better about their ordeal.

This makes me a lot less nervous about putting time, effort and money in the game. Because I can see they take the loss seriously, and understand that we care about the game.(Ok, loss is a strong word for such a fist-world-problem).

I am not locked out, but grateful for the compensation, both the 30 days eso+ and the ingame stuff. That's a decent way to make up for mistakes.
