Unable to receive verification code to log on to new account

I was an unfortuante soul to be locked out because of the PTS issues. I was able to create an account and get logged into the PTS got that access code no issues> However, when trying to log on to the live server I was unable to get the access code. I tried changing email address associated with this new account to try and get the email and when trying to verify the new email the link breaks and doesn't verify anything. Now I am unable to log onto the ESO website aswell. I've submitted a ticket but can't log in to view my ticket. @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno is there anything I can do to get access to this account and get into this game?
