Princely Dawnlight Palace should really have an option to buy with ingame gold

It's been about 5 years since it first came out. And the only option to buy it still with paying almost 100 dollars?
By now it really should be buyable with gold, about 4 or 6 million maybe.

    i think any house should be acquirable without crowns.

    but there are older crown houses and they're still crowns so it seems unlikely

    If all older houses would be suddenly buyable for gold, it would upset a lot of people that spend money of them

    No no, you know the rules. All covenant races gotta spend real money on DLC homes. No way redguards, orcs and bretons get to enjoy the luxury of new assets and textures for their homesteads without paying real cash for it.
