[REQUEST] Allow survey of open group search any time

If you have a self-generated group search running it is no longer possible to see what other group searches are up. This is a bit sad because sometimes there might be just a very identical group search up that is better filled with people (maybe because search title was less appealing or for whatever reason). In such a situation it might be more interesting to abandon one's own search and simply join the other group provided that there is still room for one's own role. This would reduce search time for the other group and myself, so a win-win situation.
