Patcher Beta Issues

With PTS live now and today being the first day I have tried to get on; I had major PC issues and crashes. I looked and I was using the patcher beta and noticed it was trying to patch PTS. I changed the setting to not show the beta, yet it persisted every start to try to update PTS. I took notice as I could not find a repair option on the patcher beta and I have now downgraded. I am a bit out of time but so far, my PC is functioning fine.
