My Xbox account was suspended due to the PTR issues. Am I not included in compensation?

I assume I'm having this problem because my accounts are linked. My Xbox account is the main account I play on, I've only ever really used my PC account to hop on PTR to see new stuff. But, looking at the update message, I only see compensation and extensions for PC servers when my Xbox account is currently missing out too. I've seen at least one other person with this issue as well. It's not fair.

My ticket hasn't been responded to so far. Number is 240416-002918. Gamertag is same as here.

    You are not alone, I play on my PS5, but do have a pc copy of the game. Like you I logged into the PTS for Gold Road, and Like you my Console account was also locked along with my PC account access. Why they locked our Console accounts too still baffles me as there is no cross play possible. That being said, I am furthe upset that while the PC players are being made whole with promises of credited endevors and extra time to make up the missed rewards, we are not included in any of that mentioned by @ZOS_GinaBruno posts. It's like we have fallen on deaf ears from the dev team and customer support.

    Condole nane is the same as it is here also. I know we are also not alone as one of my other friends has also been locked out because we both got on the PTS to showcase for our Console playing friends things from the new chapter.

    I"m not sure how the console ban was possible since I thought those were entirely different (unlinked) accounts. But the reason PC is getting an event extension and seals is to make up for the server being down. It's not for the temporary bans, and Gina said additional compensation will be coming for that.

    It's because even though they are seperate they really are linked on the ESO account side. When I log into my eso account, I can see all the accounts i've linked to it. I see both PC and Playstation when you log in, I'd share a screenshot but I'm banned and can't.

    Trust me, I'm just as baffled how this happened, but it happened after getting the suspension mail so that's the only thing I can think of.

    I'm making sure my issue (and fellow Xbox people's) issue is heard so that our PC accounts aren't the only ones compensated when it happens, only for my main account to be left in the dust.

    Just an update, but my ticket was finally answered. They say they reviewed my situation and are working on the issue, then redirected to the forum post at top for news.

    Yeah My problem with all of this is I didn't get a code for pc account so I could at least work on something while they fix what happened and this code wont help me play on PS. mk9sjg0zvtbl.png

    People keep pointing out that rewards will be mentioned later, but the actual verbage is additional rewards, and only mentions PC Realms in everything else.

    We were not included in the extra time to get our event rewards or any of the others. While I know a large portion of the PS-NA server where I mainly play was not affected by this issue, I personally was, and other console players were also caught up in what happened. Since there are no replies and no mention of anything being done to fix us, we are rightfully posting to make sure the issue is being seen and looked at because all the posts just talk about the PC players.

    You will also see that the affected EU Server players have started thier own threads to because they also feel left out of rewards given so far.

    Hopefully, this is a case of poor verbage choice, and Gina didn't mean that we are only going to be given whatever in game pet they chose to give us as additional compensation, but so far this is how it appears to us console players and EU players from what I am feeling and seeing on posts in the forums.

    @Banchee Yes, my main concern too is that they would only do something for my PC account, when I don't even really play on it all that much. Most things like Twitch crates and pets and mounts are shared (I say most because there have been some instances where they only appear on one account and not the other), but they haven't detailed what they will do for the locked accounts yet. If they only send stuff to PC accounts, stuff not under collections, it wouldn't really benefit me. Especially since console servers don't benefit from the event extensions at all, which yes I know it's because they shut down PCNA servers, but I felt indignant seeing only them get attention thus far. All my crowns, ESO Plus, belongings, eso friends, community, and playtime are all there on Xbox, and I'm missing out on an event which should be for everyone.

    We will have to see, but I agree, it is worth mentioning these issues before they decide on what it is.

    I agree that your console account being linked should entitle you to compensation for the temporary ban. That said, I am once again reminding you all that the event extension and seals compensation is due to the NA server going down for 8 hours. ZOS can see a large portion of their population didn't login before primetime and missed out on the endeavor granting 200 seals and getting to participate in the event. The other servers did not experience that and shouldn't be entitled to it, but I see just as many complaints from players of other servers about not getting that compensation. Just wait for ZOS to reveal what they intend to give to players who are locked out before complaining ZOS isn't doing anything.

    To those locked out of their console accounts still, I'm very sorry, and I hope you receive the compensation for being locked out on your main accounts. This shouldn't have happened.

    To employees, I just have one last input, I hope in the future you will be able to find a solution that doesn't require locking the entirety of linked accounts (...and maybe do not have as concerning of a message as "banned" and "permanently suspended".) Thank you for working hard to free accounts, but I'm also aware that, since our accounts are linked in this way, it is food for thought. There was a brief period while suspended where I wanted to uninstall PTR and find a way to unlink my account so this doesn't happen again. I'm sure those still experiencing it think the same way.

    Update, Day 7 in exile

    Losing all hope that we will get released anytime this week. with the verbage" being Best time to schedule" Hopefully todays announcement restores some hope. @eveboufa I feel your pain.

    A week of double xp event to level characters on both my PS and PC accounts. RIP goals of this year of reaching my goals since we get 4 events per year missing out on 1/3 of this event hurts and I really wanted to level characters.

    I farmed my butt off and had already gotten all the gold event style pages on my Playstation account prior to this happening. The rewards pages will not be usable on my playstation account at all, and thats where I mainly play. It does seem however that again with verbage, rewards will go to my pc accounts? Although Kevin's message above I still have no reply to my support ticket question, and I really want to know the following things and am waiting on a reply so we can just get some information for us console affected players. I am waiting for the reply that kevin said we would get once things are worked out.

    Additional issues and questions since my last post as they are now going to come into play soon:

    1. Will we be able to get the daily login rewards we are missing due to this issue? By the time this gets fixed I will no longer be able to collect the costume and I cannot remember if I got the free mount from the thieves guild event my account is eligible for before getting locked out to claim it.

    There are things in my mail that will be expiring including writs that were donated to one of my guilds to build thier guildhall. Will the rollback also rollback our mail so we have an opportunity to collect these types of things?

    I feel like we are missing so much as this goes on longer and longer, and questions haven't been answered yet. As of today, I will have had to cancel 14 Prog runs across 6 teams that I run with and we still cannot provide a date on when we can expect to be back in game. (yes this is what I do with my days, its why I had all 5 of the event pages before this happened, and could take time to go to the pts to test things out )

    Hopefully todays update is a good one, and this will end soon my fellow console players.

    @Banchee I will at least be able to answer one question.

    Since I was let out early, I was able to see that I got my compensation package and seals the other day on the Xbox NA server. They didn't message me or anything beforehand though; I just logged in and they were there.

    I play both PC NA and Xbox and I am still locked out of both. I don’t see how they can fix this.

    Locking console users out of accounts for issues on a server they can't even access from the console is just mind blowing.
