Click "PLAY" and nothing happens

I have downloaded the game and am able to open the launcher but as soon as I click on PLAY my mouse loads for a second and nothing happens. I have deleted the entire game and reinstalled it. I have deleted my anti-virus and that didn't help. I have run as administrator and NOTHING IS HELPING. I have emailed support 3 times. I finally got a response and guess what, their email didn't help. Someone please help me. I paid money for early access and am now pretty much getting screwed!!!!!

deadrez✭I got to play once that was 2 days ago I had to delete my elder scrolls online folder I just got it back today but im missing almost all the files and foldesr that was in it0
