HM Starter Option for Related Dungeons

So I know you all have your hands full dealing with more important things right now however I wanted to make a suggestion for a rainy day when the Team has more time to hopefully review:
Is there any way sometime in the future we could please have an option to enable Hard Mode on a dungeon prior to entering? The reason being some players don't realize this is an option and others just don't care when it takes like 5 to 10 seconds to activate the scroll. Now on some runs Hard Mode may be undesirable, like Depths of Malatar and on others its a waste not to use it such as on Fungal Grotto I.
I know its not the end of the world if Hard Mode is missed on easier dungeon runs however its getting to be quite frustrating trying to slow some people down and get them to stop aggroing things and listen so we can activate the scroll. I'm serious like 3 of us will be waiting by the scroll and this 1 guy just pulls the boss and doesn't care. Then if there's some new shoulder piece out I want I may end up short a key (or more over time).
Its really really annoying and frustrating and one reason I have learned to hate doing pledges. Again, I know its not always feasible to run Hard Mode however would be nice if we could select our dungeon run and turn this on so the group forming can see its enabled and can opt in or out or just take the grab bag.
