Will you ever fix the many, many login problems ?

Allright, I get it, there was some issue that allowed some people to dupe stuff. That needed fixing. Whether you handled that properly or not, I won't judge.
But there have been glaring login issues for years and they have never been fixed.
Some people are locked out because their account is being managed after the issue ? Understandable.
Some people are locked out even though they haven't used the PTS in ages ? [Snip]
Every now and then, people using Steam have issues loging in, because your launcher is, to be polite, "underperforming".
And let's not even get me started on your absolutely botched "2 factors authentification". Randomly, you'll get a "this is an ew location and you need to enter the code recieved by email" thing. [Snip] :
- Most of the time, it corresponds to nothing. I get it, it may happen when Ip changes in places which don't have a fixed IP, but then my wife and I should both get it, considering we're plugged on the same router. I get it FAR more often.
- Most of the time, juct clicking "cancel" and entering your password again removes the need to even enter a code. Which completely defeats the whole purpose of that system
- Most annoyingly, when you actually need that code, it's rarely sent at all, you can't request a new one, and have to wait. The game itself recommends waiting 24 hours.
