Will the accounts locked out of live be able to access PTS once it is up?

Title.

This is relevant to me and my groups, because at least half the people planning a blind run today and a vet run tomorrow have been locked out. Now I would assume that means they can't access PTS-- but it would be great to get an official answer @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin .
We've been looking forward to these runs, and even if we can't play together on live I hope we can still get on PTS once it is back up.

Yeah.

I'm kind of out of things I want to do on Live.

Either I like Gold Road and I buy it or I'll probably need to look for another game to play or start to be a bit more productive.

Don’t think so.

I never played on NA and I am locked out too. They don’t seem to have a system to lock out an account from a specific realm. So they block you on top level so you are not able to acces NA/EU/PTS and the ESO website

PTS just went online and is locked for me.

Your account is tied to PTS, NA and EU servers. So I highly doubt there is a way to lock from one while keeping access to the others after an entire account has been frozen.

Yea, PTS is locked too.

This is HUGELY disappointing as I was meant to be doing my new trial blind run tonight. As it happens, a friend has now gifted me a code for a new account so I will still be able to join (IF we manage to run), but this means ZoS is profiting from this, which honestly doesn't make me feel good at all.

EDIT: And to add salt to the salt already in the wound, though I've managed to connect the new account to live, it seems I can't connect it to PTS, because I need an access code which does get sent, but which I am told has failed when I try to use it.

Yeah locked out of the PTS is rough and feels like salt in a wound.

Those most eager to participate are the ones locked out until further notice.... Hope Zos considers that when "making things right"

Yeah, in the email it says "ANY realm" - locked out of PTS too.
Makes sense since we're basically quarantined along with bad actors. But sad.

I also wanted to go on and see the new stuff I pre-ordered and finally work on my houses; NA doesn't get as much PTS time as EU.

I was even excited to see the new crown house, that's really pretty and in a great location for one of my favorite activities. But it's hard to continue to be excited at all (understatement) when I'm now missing days of the very event that would allow me to obtain it 😔

Confirming what others have said... Ban applies to PTS as well

You guys think we'd be okay if we accessed the PTS on an alternate account while our main account is locked out? Would be nice to get some confirmation because right now it's really hard to trust ZOS not to punish us for no fault of our own.

You can, big ESO streamers are doing this to show PTS features right now.

Actually it'd be cool if we could grab a code for a base game copy from ZOS, to check out Gold Road on an alt account while we're locked. ESO is $5 right now on sale but I really wouldn't feel right paying any amount for another account, in this situation.
