So there's no compensation from server issues?

I was only able to play ESO last night right before server went down and was unable to do any endeavor, including the bonus one that rewards 200 endeavor points? Have I just lost it because of that?

    for the moment, let Zos fix all the mess they made with PTS and all that matter of billions of gold imported to NA. we'll see for compensation once everyone will be able to play again.

    As one of the people who logged on to pts for all but 20 minutes I understand the frustration more than anyone because I am unable to log in period. Everyone needs to be patient and let them fix this mistake. Mistakes happen. It’ll all get sorted out soon.

    Yeah, I hope you're right, I dont mean to rush things if they're still fixing it, I just got frustrated since I worked yesterday and reached in to log but then couldn't play.

    They've done it in the past, multiple times. There's no reason to think they won't this time.

    Guys they haven't even gotten PTS back up and running yet, or gotten players back into their accounts.

    How should they decide compensation when they can't even know the extent of the damage yet?

    Yeah they compensated it multiple times. Would be happy if ZoS extends the anniversary event for a couple of days.

    Quite honestly, extending the event isn't compensation. The people effected will still lose out compared to everyone else through no fault of their own.

    That said - good start would just be getting access to accounts back as soon as possible and ensuring there is no lasting harm. Compensation is secondary.

    I also agree everyone should get compensation also the people who are locked outta their accounts should get a little more as they can’t even play for a few days me personally it only effected last night as I log in daily after work to do my dailies could not last night but was able to this morning at the very least they should extend the event atleast 1-3 days for the community and maybe send out a mass care package to make the people happy customer service goes a long way I just returned to eso this issue I can see will keep the players from ever returning to the game no matter how many issues you fix the players time is important to the players and we don’t like to feel like our time has not been respected

    Yes, though it may have been before your time.

    Extending an event by a day (sometimes even longer) because one or more of the servers went down has actually happened several times over the years.

    They just recently gave out outfit tokens as well to everyone affected by the cleared outfit slot bug that occurred when the last update went live. So they have given compensation in the past and hopefully will do so, generously, to all those affected by their mistake this time.

    PvE gets a summarized follow up as to how/why it happened and nothing for PVP, which I’ve been harping about for a week now.

    Wouldn’t expect much of any compensation - but then again this is PvE we are talking about.

    Just extend the event by a week, that'll be good. I still can't get logged in despite not getting on the PTS which of course now means I'm also losing the daily log in reward. Oh well, glad I don't have a FOMO personality though this is still very annoying.

    This thread: They just expected everyone to either waste time digging up their ps4 to update the game and play, or uninstall and reinstall ps5 version rather than issuing a hotfix.
    They need to provide compensation to everyone at this point for all this crap.

    May 2014, 5 extra days of subscription added due to server issues. I don't understand people acting like ESO has never done these things.

    The thing is, they do and they do so frequently. They are very open with these things and over the years there have been a lot of compensations. People willfully ignoring that just to have a false argument to prove their point is rather questionable.

    Ive never had my eso+ added to for many many days lost to outages since 2018. I've never had my dailies that I missed compensated for those missed days, ever. Tickets either.

    A cute Guar pet is not com[ensation.

    If compensation is granted, it will be the last thing they do. Right now they are working on restoring affected accounts which could take quite some time depending on how they are doing it. Not going to speculate on any of it. The devs are working very hard on making this right. They are only human and can only do so much and I bet they are in dire need of sleep. So lets just roll with it.
