That's how you treat your most dedicated players who downloaded and logged PTS to see new content of their favorite game and to help you test it properly? This is by far the most outrageous and disrespectful thing you've done in years. We will not be able to get event achievements(mount) without paying real money for your mistake, we will have to skip our raids, since we got banned you will most likely cancel our ESO+ like it usually happens(bye bye my 6m subscription) when your account gets suspended... I don't even play at NA server and now I'm forced to pay quite a lot of money because of your mistake? Are you serious? Usually I pay all respect I can to developers but this is just ridiculous, instead of rolling back servers like you did with Greymoor launch you ban our accounts for days... I really hope you will make some actual compensation for such disrespectful attitude towards your players and it will not be something like two 50% experience scrolls... At least extend the event for a few days or give banned players 2 event confetti for each day they were banned...
