Just looking for two sets which magplar are using for good damage output.

Currently use whorl on front and deadly strike on the back for dungs/groups and trials ect…which two sets do you use?
Followed a build of overwhelming surge and azure blight but the damage seems have dropped since the update and nobody is releasing any builds for some reason.

Tempted with sul xan torment for front bar with deadly/pillar

Hmm those are not the best set for templar and I even know because sometimes I play templars and cinder is a good set.

Cinder of anthelmir is one of the good set for templar on pve and pvp and second set that I'm trying is hexo but still figure out what other good set work for templar as one bar with restoration staff dps with one healing ability and RS work for templar because most of the skills cost a lot of Magicka and RS restore magic big time and most of the templar dps skill is good as well so that is my build.

Hi might be stupid question, is there any different to wearing certain pieces on body vs fb? Like I use deadly weapons and whorl body but you do the opposite, is there any difference?

Weak, not all the time need to use deadly, those two set only fit perfectly on arcanist and me, I used one bar on all classes but I don't use the same sets as well, I change it to make it fun.

Spell Power Cure for major courage + Night Mother's Gaze for major breach.

I'm a solo pve player using Oakensoul so I want my own major breach - NMG does this without using one of my very limited skill slots. Companion is a tank so I keep a HoT up on her all the time anyway (100% up time on SPC proc) and major courage is a good buff that is not provided by Oakensoul.
PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo

I try essence, power cure and olorime and it suck but yes olorime is better than power cure but still not good if wanna do one bar with restoration staff dps or any other weapon as well because those 3 set suck badly and I am a one bar main.

Jabs really suck because it never be able to do 80k or more or at least make the skill be critical always

For trials you want to build crit damage and wear medium armor. Templars have the option to use deadly and frontbar whorl, whereas other classes don't have medium non-trial sets.

It doesn't matter... just need 5 pcs... can be combination of jewelry, weapons or armor. I personally use 1pc armor, 2 pcs jewelry, and lightning staff (counts as 2 pcs). I use 5 pcs armor of Order's Wrath and Valkyn shoulders, leaving 1 pc as Oakensoul ring.

Deadly, Order's Wrath and Zaan, with lightning staffs. I run Solar Barrage full time for the damage boost and Empower. My front bar is jab and Radiant; my back bar has AOE, Elemental Sus and Extended Ritual. I can get close and jab, or I can hang at range with heavy attacks and AOE. Very flexible.

Lightning gives me a boost to channeled ability damage like jab and beam.

Did you get the part about not loosing any health points? As in "I never die"?

When all three shields are up, I have more shield strength than life points.
And all three proc naturally on a MagPlar. No problem with uptimes, because there are two other sets that buffer downtimes.

And you can still get good damage. Not exceptional top tier high end 135k+, but good damage.

It is excellent. Vet dungeons, DLC World bosses, a few HMs. Basically everthing, that doesnt require a tank or a second Player for mechanics.
