Account locks from pts question

Firstly, did just logging into pts put you in this account lock list? Second, as mentioned in the recent update, it said if your account has been suspended you can't log into any realm. Does this mean all servers? (e.g. Xbox NA, PS NA...)

Yes just logging into the pts put a lock on the account and yes EU accounts are affected since you will have the template character on your NA character list if you swapped server on the login screen im not sure about console accounts since they have no access to a test realm

Well, this is totally a solution... I was pretty certain console would be unaffected, but never completely when someone mentions "all realms".

It seems like logging onto the PTS was enough to get you locked out. I logged directly on my main, didn't make any new template characters, didn't buy anything on the crown store, just went to Vivec to see if the impressario was there, then went to my house to look at the motifs for a few minutes. Didn't touch anything else, and I still got my account locked.

It should only affect PC servers, though, so not consoles.

Logging into PTS uses your PC account, and it locked you from both the NA and EU PC servers until they have resolved the issue

So that's the end of the PTS for me. Already removed from my launcher.
