I went into my collections then zone dlc and found hews bane and i accepted the quest here to have quen appear, he not appear. i put in a ticket in app also on the website also i will mention it here too. Anyone else this happened too? I just created a thief Never Stealz my khajit for this occasion. Please advise.

✭If you've accepted the quest, I believe she's at Windhelm docks. Go into your journal, right click the quest, show on map.0 -

bossonova420✭✭✭i did that too, Quen will show up at any fence location, mine just happens to be vulkhel guard. also after i highlight the quest it shows an arrow to where Quen should be.....0
