Keen Eye 2/3 Worth it?

Obviously the first Keen Eye is worth it, but what about subsequential ranks? An extra 10m just does not seem like it's worth it to me.

I have it for alchemy, and it's actually surprisingly good, can't wait till the third upgrade! Those 10 meters make unbelievable difference to me, at least with alchemy ingredients which may seem quite well hidden sometimes, silly plants

Worth it for alchemy. Not sure about the other crafts, but for alchemy I can recommend 3/3 in it.

10 extra meters is a lot. After a while I learnt to recognize even most of the alchemy herbs when they are close to me and the low rank Keen Eye became useful mostly during the night. However those extra meters of the increased range make a huge difference even during the day for me.

With all that in mind, I use Keen Eye 2/3 (and in future 3/3) on the "explorer" alt who is mostly collecting resources for other crafters. I use it for all 5 professions which have this ability. Even ore and flax are very hard to notice sometimes (not talking here about the obvious huge red iron rocks and bright yellow flax, but rather about those middle-to-high level tiny stones and almost invisible plants). I became so lazy that even highlight the runestones

My main char who is also my main crafter of all non-consumable items has only one point(1/3) in some of the profession , skill points are too valuable for her at the moment
