But how is this slick weapon used?
Psychic Canon (cause a random action, like frozen with fear, running away, attack an ally) ?
Crazy rail gun that causes a brilliant knock back and causes armor to fall off?
Prevent all stamina/magicka/health regen for a period?
Random teleportation to another far area
