20 day event, 25 for the mount????

OK a 20 day event that gives 1 confetti a day... that makes 20

But the mount is 25 confetti's

So you have to spend 5 days collecting the tickets to buy 5 confetti's to get the mount

Or am I missing something here????????

15 event tickets in total (3 event tickets each). I guess that is my plan. I have all the motives already so it should be no problem. Not gonna waste time on "arbitrary rare" cosmetic item in a video game lol.

But I agree - it should be celebration. And the design makes it more like a nasty chore rather than something pleasant.

Why do you want the mount anyway? It's a plain looking white horse with a red saddle that you probably can't even notice at max camera distance.

There got to be better mounts to buy with crowns or endeavors.

I don't see the problem. ZoS said if you want the mount you'll need to save some event tickets. I think I'd rather spend them on a mount than adding to my large collection of group repair kits.

They actually made that clear in the event info: New: A fragment for the new Jubilee Steed mount (note that you need 25 total fragments to make the steed, so keep some Event Tickets ready if you want this one!)

I already have everything, yes, EVERYTHING the event and Impresario have to offer, have 11/12 tickets with still 9 days to go, so still 27 tickets to go.

So I'll get the mount and will have to trash like 15 tickets since I don't have anything to spend then on.

I don't get why people keep complaining when we have WAY TOO MANY extra tickets to spend in whatever we want.

I HAD 11/12 EVENT TICKETS.... HAD . . . the Confetti is meant to be 3 Tickets, well thats 3 I thought, click 1 click 2 . Clicxk 3, nope, "you need to earn more event tickets", check the balance, and sure enough I have 1 Event ticket left...

They Say 3 Tickets, but cost 5 Tickets. So 8 days to go would be 24 tickets , 5 confetti at 5 tickets each, is 25.... still messed up, but now not enough to get anything, and i will have 24 useless confetti's

Yeah, this event is terribly designed in so many ways. The horse is a prime example of if.

What’s worse is that people may get to day 20 and not know it needs five more. And then not have enough tickets, because we all can only hold enough tickets for a maximum of four of them at any one time.

It’s like so badly designed, it kind of turns laughable.

I just bought one pack of Confetti this morning. I had 11 tickets beforehand. I now have 8.

Something went wrong somewhere if you bought 2 and lost 10 tickets. I would file a ticket with Support to find out what happened.

better question is why would you ever play at max camera distance

also white is a nice color its good to get a non-flashy mount for once not all things have to be covered in patterns and glowy stuff and sparkles to look good

Also keep in mind, the event is 20 days and ends at 04/23 @ 10 est. So 20 Conf if you login in before 10a EST to claim the 20th one. If not you need to purchase 6 from the vendor, not 5 to get the mount. More if you missed a day .......

I'm already burned out from the jester's event and with this one i've missed 2-3 days of collections already while I dont do nearly as much grinding as many others tend to do. I was demotivated from the start since I've also missed various things from the past which is probably going to leave me at a loss in terms of getting all the things.

I'm going to pass on that mount because the tail really bothers me. The large poof after the braided part is rigid and looks more like a long balloon or something than it does hair. There's no movement in it. I'd never use this mount because of that so I'm going to use my tickets for the cakes to decorate my houses.

That is if you log in everyday.

Miss two days, and the “18 tickets left for free use” becomes 6 (minus six tickets over all, minus another six to buy confetti to make up for the two lost days).

So it’s a 20 day event with mandatory attendance. Fun!

I don't mind that they did it this way. That being said, I wish there was some indication somewhere of how many I've already opened, so I'm not scrambling to buy the right number at the last minute.

As a long time player....

..... there's what ESO say in their promotions which often borders on diabolical and what they actually do.

Yes they've told us we'll need to spend tickets to get the horse this event, because they want to promote spending. On principle.

But we also know from past events that stuff returns.

Personally the horse isn't anything I'd use.

I'm spending my tickets elsewhere and betting more confetti will be showered upon us next year, and I'll finish this achievement / horse then.
