Trueflame Drop Rate Question - Fishing Boosts

Question for the people who got Trueflame: did you use any boosts to your fishing rate (Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl, Fishing CP stars, fishing with a friend etc.), and about how long did it take you to get it?

I’m curious if those are affecting the drop rate.

For me it was 8 or so fishing holes, give or take, with every boost I could get my hands on (Broth, CP stars, Sharp-As-Night out, fishing with other people when possible).

I had Sharp-as-Night with me and think it took about 8 fishing spots before I got Trueflame

I tried fishing different zones with Sharp and wasn't getting much of anything. Then someone suggested to fish in Artaeum so Sharp and I went there and I ate an Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl and got it within half an hour. I also got the two Artaeum recipes I didn't have yet and a lot of rare fish.

I don't have any of the fishing Champion Points slotted.

I had no boosts just "reel technique"(faster catching) took about 100 casts. 🙂

I used cp, food, and Sharp but no players, got it pretty quickly. Maybe 30 mins to an hr, cant quite remember.

I used both of the CP boosts, no fish bowl, no sharps, and got it in about 20 minutes. It was the fastest one to get for me.

I ran Azander and the reduce casting in the green CP tree, got the Sword in less than an hour. Yeah just find a place with no players.

Third catch at first hole (lake/Glenumbra). Wasn't even in the right mood yet and got it. And at that time in zone chat 2 other people told about similar experiences (fifth catch and third hole or something).
Sharps passive was active (not he himself), CP Angler's instincts and the fish bowl.

I got it on a new account with no champion points, no Sharp, no special food. One other player, not grouped, was fishing the same hole.

I just used Sharp and got it in two fishing holes where the first one had just about been fished out.

No Arteaum food and no CP boosts.

I went round Ebonheart, it took about an hour to drop. I was using Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl.

I must admit I was beginning to think I'd made a mistake - all the fishing holes are saltwater, and I did wonder if I needed freshwater, but then it just appeared.

Khajiit had both fishing-related cp slotted, and sharp out, and the artaeum food, and he got the sword style on the 6th fishing hole he did (all holes were along east coast in Shadowfen.)

I use the fishing food and the 2 slottable stars (Reel technique and Angler's Instincts).
Did 20-25 casts at max (got it in the 2nd fishing hole I've tried)

PS - Rng is different for all of us. Keep that in mind.

I had all the fishing CP slotted and Sharp's passive. I don't know how many casts it took. I cleared fishing achievements for three DLC zones and started a fourth before getting it.

I took sharp and slotted the fishing CP. I got it in the first spot I tried. Maybe 3-4 pulls.

I used the two CP boons, Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl, and had Sharp with me.
(Because I wanted to work on my last two zones for the Master Angler, and try my luck for the Trueflame page while doing it.)

I was alone at my fishing spots. Got the style page after 18 pulls (1 complete spot for 15 + 3 pulls at the next). That was unexpectedly fast, and I was very happy.
Kept fishing for another hour, anyway, and am now only 1 blue fish away from my Master Angler. Yay!
