Twisting Path bugged?

The Twisting Path skill doesn't seem to be working properly. Most of the time I need to click the key many times until it activates, and the number of clicks to activate it seems inconsistent too. Sometimes it works on the first click (very rarely) but it's random. I even thought I had a problem with my keyboard, but I already confirmed that it's not it.
