Every event starts and ends at crown store reset time... 10AM EDT / 14:00 UTC / 16:00 CEST
So we can assume that this SPOTLIGHT will start at the same time.

Yes me neither. EDT or EST is the same thing. I use EST as do most people where I live so this part of the event will start at 10am here.

We using CEST/CET and I am used to add 5 or 6 hours for your time, just we have different change on the summer time

Or just when Zos write UTC I count with +1/+2 for it automatically

I just wanted to say that while I appreciate the opportunity to get slightly more Seals of Endeavour , the "asymmetrical" rewards where one activity gives more endovours than other is something that should not be present at all in the system and for the long run it will be very harmful for the game & player base. It basically penalizes players for not enjoying certain activities.

As a "one time" promotion it may be nice but it shouldn't become a daily practice by any means. Especially if the endeavour is either "end game" task like doing PvP or PvE dungeons or if it is something not instanced & players fight over it (like Thieves Troves) as it may promote toxic behavior.

Once you've claimed the DLC and the horse in the Crown Store, they are permanently unlocked on the server you're playing on.
