IC underground bosses consistently glitch flinging

IC Underground wandering bosses having a habit of using flame lash and launching you...
Not sure how many other players here are running into this problem on a more than weekly basis (sometimes more than once in a day if I'm grinding), but if you run a lot of IC underground you're probably familiar with the glitch that some of the wandering bosses use flame lash and launch you through the walls, out of the map, and if you're unlucky: your body is stuck in the room but your camera is travelling through the walls and the boss kills you.... and you end up losing your telvar to a glitch.
Only happens when I forget to block the flame lash and it seems to eject me, not sure of the chances but I've made a lot of telvar in IC and I've lost plenty to this glitch. Would reckon 1/10 1/15 lashes are prone to do this to you and it's rather frustrating when you're carrying a lot of telvar and you're doing many bosses back to back for efficiency. Sometimes it spawns you back to the base, other times you die.
Last one doesn't show it but it shows how I'm dead to the fling glitch in the room, just happened not even an hour ago... the first 3 images I've attached are the various times I've just happened to remember to hit my PrintScreen fast enough to capture it. Only after I noticed it was becoming a bit of commonplace annoyance moreso than a rare bug.

✭✭✭✭✭theres been a few times i remember using a gap closer and getting stuck underground, probably similar issue getting knocked through the geometry
in any case if i get stuck i just queue into cyro, no tel var loss lolplays PC/NA
