Does powered on back bar with HoT on back bar work when swapped front bar?

So, heres something i always wondered. Sharpened front bar, powered back bar. Heals on back bar ofcourse, you activate bunch of heals over time, swap bars. is powered still active with those heals since you're front barring now with sharpened?
Like, I know once you swap other weapons like from defending, that bonus goes away but given it's Powered for increased healing. but i'm wondering if the heals casted on that bar over time then quickly swapped to front bar, if those heals are still provided the benefit of Powered?

No, your HoTs scale dynamically, meaning that they increase as you improve your stats and % healing.

Best way to test it, would be to go make two white staves of the same type except with Powered and anything other than Nirnhoned and watch the numbers.

The base value determined from wep/spell damage and mag/stam will be kept after a barswap, but other healing bonuses are calculated per tick. This means putting HoTs on say a 2hand nirnhoned bar, then switching to your powered bar, would result in more healing than if you do it the other way around, for example

Yes, your heal bonus from using your powered staff on your back bar is applied at the time the heal is applied. Swapping to your front bar doesn't change the heal you applied on your back bar.
