Loot not dropping in IC

First one I though was just missing it, was fighting a wandering boss in sewers when a trove scamp spawned, i killed and looted it then finished the boss... when i went and check my inventory (and loot log) I did not get a coffer from the trove scamp like you usually do... then a little bit further in i did one of the mini-dolmen portal things, cleared all the mobs, activated the pinion (although it didn't want to interact at first, roll dodge and barswap didn't work, had to run a bit away and come back) but the chest never spawned

the anniversary drops only seem to be included in specific activities (dungeons, trials, WB, incursion events, and daily quests)

the infinite archive is also devoid of event drops, outside of the 1 you get from the daily quest from malkhest (even the repeatable page quest does not give an event box)

i was also kind of surprised to see that the banner bosses and fixed location bosses do not have event boxes, i did not try killing any of the district bosses on the surface to see if they dropped any boxes

I'm not talking about event drops; apparently i was confusing trove scamps w/ cunning ones, wiki is saying only the cunning ones drop the tel var satchels - but the arch/portal thing that has a few waves of mobs then an anchor pinion to activate should have had a chest after the pinion is activated, definately did not happen

ah, i dont remember having that problem running in IC for a few hours yesterday

did many portals and always was able to get the chest, theres been a few times i arrived late to one, or ive had a group member do a portal without me actually dmging anything, and i dont get a chest in those situations

I was completely solo, chest just did not spawn after i hit the pinion

thats really bizarre then lol, never seen it happen so dont know if i could suggest anything lol
