Unable to login to eso since the hot fix PS5

I have been trying to login to eso since I got home and off work tonight. I have come across an issue where the game freezes on requesting my character on the character select menu. With the event going on this is an issue as now I can’t even login to get my tickets or do my daily endeavors or collect my daily rewards. I will be linking 3 clips so you guys can see what is currently going on.

Already tried that still can’t login I did that before making the video clips above. Idk what it is I currently can not login at all.

Update as I continue playing around I think it is a bug in the character menu itself. I tried going back to the Home Screen to try changing megaservers and see if I can login to the eu server. When I tried to go back it froze once again. I reloaded the game and refreshed back into the eu server since I didn’t have a character it put me into character creation screen was able to make a character and login and out of the server with no issues. I then switched back to the NA server and was not able to log back into my already created characters. What ever currently wrong with the game seems to be so far only effecting the NA character menu screen.

@ZOS_Kevin Update I was able to login today what I had to do was delete a character and create a new character. I deleted one of my lower characters so not much process was lost. After that I was able to go to the creation menu make a new character log out and it then logged me right back into my other characters.

That’s not what fixed it for me I had to delete a character and go to the creation menu and make a new character. I got this idea from the eu server as I was able to switch to it took me right to character creation screen and gave me 0 trouble. I wondered if that would work tried it out that fixed my login freeze issue today.

Can anyone please help me and explain what version of the login page this is? I usually have had the main one on pc with mounts and list of chars shown on the right hand side.

After resetting PC redownloading eso from steam, I got this unfamiliar log in interface to choose char to login.

I have uninstalled and am waiting for reinstalled eso to hopefully revert back to the old format I am used to! I don’t like the log in format shown above it looks weird! I am on PC EU
