2024 Cake not giving tix

I got all tickets until today. I have zero banked, but now cake won't give tix on eating. I tried every toon on account with addons off.
Anyone have a clue?

you have to spend them on ticket items. you cant bank them. once you reach the cap that's it you are not ever getting anymore until you do spend them

The cake gave me the event tickets this morning on PS/NA

It's also possible that you already got your tickets for the day in question during an earlier play session. Eating the cake after that will give you nothing, as expected, until after the next daily reset.

I see you're on PC NA (according to your forum sig), so for you the server reset is at 6 AM EDT. Were you playing ESO early this morning?

What I do is keep a day-to-day list for each event that shows how many tickets I should have after each day of the event, plus which days I'll need to spend tickets and what I plan to spend them on, to help me keep everything straight.

I don't get the tickets when I use the cake from the quickslot menu. However when I use the cake from the tools menu I do get the tickets.

I don't know why and yes I did check to make sure it was the 2024 Cake that was slotted in the quickslot menu.

It's weird and this is only happening this year. It did not happen in previous years.

I had this happen. I just kept trying all my chars until it worked for one. It was a lot extra calories for them but it finally worked. Sorry that's not helpful bc I know you're already trying that. Maybe do the cake quest with another character, then eat the cake. If that doesn't work put in a ticket.

And dragonlord responded that banking them is impossible in the first place.

And everyone else knows that the OP meant when he used the word "banked."

Is it possible you used the cake on another character? Because it's once per day PER ACCOUNT that you get tix. I've also never had a problem getting tix when used from quickslot, as someone else mentioned was an issue.

I would have thought the same thing and double checked my chat logs. I started the day with 10 tickets and went to the vendor to buy things before using cake so I wouldn't lose one. On that same toon (first login of the day) it won't work after eating. I have other accounts and it was fine, but not a single toon on this account could get tickets.

I tried both methods with same results. Hoping for a better outcome. And of course no response from the bug report
