Progress rollbacks happening on PlayStation now, too?

I've seen in another thread where PvPers on PC EU are getting booted and returning to Cyrodiil only to see map/progress rolled back.

Now I've seen something similar yet different from a guildmate on PlayStation NA, who submitted unanswered ticket # 240409-005233 a few days ago. The problem has since resolved itself (hopefully), but the fact this issue was present at all is a little disturbing (and that there was no customer support response regarding it was disappointing).

She had leveled a new Arcanist up to CP level during the Jester's Festival and was now working on leveling skill lines. She got to the required Level 39 on the Solder of Apocrypha skill line area to buy her first passive point into Implacable Outcome. On the screenshot below, you can clearly see she meets the skill line level and has skill points available to invest, but when she tried to purchase the passive, the game told her she did not meet the requirements. She is on a PS4.



She submitted the above referenced ticket a few days ago and never heard back.

Then, yesterday she checked again and the skill line had REGRESSED to Level 38. See screenshot below.



She continued to play and leveled the skill line BACK up to Level 39 and was finally able to put a point into that passive area, but the fact that she went through days of being unable to and then seeing her progress in a skill area roll back to a lower level and having to level it back up again is... uh, disturbing, to say the least.

Has anyone else experience this?

@ZOS_Kevin Would you mind checking why ticket # 240409-005233 went unanswered? She does not have a forum account and this case was so bizarre - and a bit alarming, given the rollbacks some on PC EU are experiencing - that I wanted to specifically bring your attention to it in case it is a canary in the mineshaft of a larger problem.
