Frost Dragon Breath not aligned with dragon's face

Frost Dragon's in Elsweyr don't always turn to face you when they give you the frost breath. This problem was an issue when I started several years ago and really should be fixed. This often leads to an unavoidable death. For an activity that people engage in often, it would be nice if it could work properly.
